Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods & Fees

We ship via trusted carriers (e.g., Purolator, UPS, Canada Post). Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on the destination and weight/volume of the order.

For large or institutional orders (schools, organizations), we offer custom shipping solutions. Please contact us before placing your order for a quote.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times:

  • Quebec & Ontario: 1 to 5 business days

  • Other Canadian provinces: 1 to 10 business days

  • International: 5 to 14 business days

Delays & Lost Packages

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or customs procedures. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available by appointment at 53 rue St-Georges, Windsor QC J1S 1J2, Canada. Select “Pickup” at checkout and we will notify you once your order is ready.
